We encourage all clients to schedule their initial tax interviews here. Making appointments by telephone has become unwieldy and inconvenient. In order to streamline this process, we have incorporated an online scheduling application by Appointlet. Using Appointlet is easy! You will have 2 options for your initial tax interview: 1 hour or 90 minute. Generally, 1 hour is an adequate amount  of time to review your pertinent information. If you feel 1 hour will not be sufficient, then choose the 90 minute option. After making this selection, you will choose a date and time and provide your name, email address, and telephone number. That’s all there is to it! You will receive an email confirmation and a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment.

When you arrive at your appointment you should bring the following information: picture identification, all tax-related documentation (e.g. W-2s, 1099’s, K-1s, medical expense record, and charitable contributions), and your prior year tax returns. If more information is needed, we’ll make a list for you, and you can drop-off  the additional information  at your convenience. If you find tax organizers helpful, you can download a generic organizer under the Taxpayer Information bar. If you are filing a joint return, only one spouse needs to attend the initial interview.
